    At this time, the vehicle security system is still not effective enough to handle the occurrence of vehicle theft. Where we can not monitor the position of or vehicle in real time. We need a system that capable of providing vehicle information via internet. This system utlizes GPS Tracker technology with GSM Module include in it, PHP Socket, SQL Database, and Google MAP API. Sensor and satellite receiver on the GPS Tracker module can be function as tracer that can tell us where the location of our vehicles. The module connected to satellite and sending coordinate data to socket application periodically then that socket application process GPS data that received input it directly to web tracking application’s database. Tracking application read coordinate data from database upon request from the user and visualize the position of the vehicle using a map and APIs from Google Map

    As a source of information, the internet contributes greatly to modern society. Unfortunately, not all information it contains is suitable for everyone. Take for instance, materials containing information about war, violence, drugs, and pornography, themes which are not very suitable for children. Various filtering techniques are used to separate these unsuitable information. Among these techniques, are text based filtering and domain based filtering. Text based filtering works by searching for inappropriate words and calculating its weight. Domain based filtering uses an extensive list of domains it considers as unfavorable. Both of these approaches have several disadvantages. Text based filtering is considered least effective because most harmful contents are image or video. Domain based filtering requires huge resources to check every possible domain name for harmful content. Furthermore, domain names and its contents are frequently updated, domains that were once considered neutral may become harmful anytime in the future. This research uses pornography image detection technique. With this approach, filtering is applied on various data that pass through the network. A computer that stands between the user and internet is used to capture and process this data. Using this technique, we are able to detect about 60% of pornography image positively. It's false positive rate reaches to about 10%. The detection process used in this paper requires a high amount of computation resources. An image that consist of 200.000 pixels takes more than 3 seconds to process. An extensive research at performance area will be able to overcome this limitation

Microbiology is one of the installations at Dr. Soetomo in charge of testing the sample of patients. Demand for laboratory tests can achieve one hundred per day and this number continues to increase along with increasing patient acceptance quota at Dr. Soetomo. Error determine the outcome of bacterial resistance to antibiotics can lead to errors that could be fatal for the patient. Therefore we need an application that can help work on the installation of microbiology in determining the results of laboratory tests. In this final project will be built epidemiology Decision Support System Against Antibiotic Resistance Bacteria. Where is the data that has been registered by the officers will be tested by what analysts by examining bacteria that grow in the sample of patients. Then the system will suggest what antibiotics should be tested for these samples. After a certain time would be in getting the results from each of the antibiotics, the analyst can simply enter the diameter of antibiotics and then the system will analyze the resistance. Fast-moving vehicle can cause the so-called Motion Blur Image. Motion blur is a result of finite acquisition time of practical cameras and the relative motion between the camera and moving objects.. Generally we will avoid this effect to the image that we expect to get good results. In this project we use the motion blur image to detect the speed of a vehicle as well as knowing the type and color of the vehicle.     Secure Real-time Data Transmission for Drone Delivery Services using Forward Prediction Scheduling SCTP

    Drone technology is considered the most effective solution for the improvement of various industrial fields. As a delivery service, drones need a secure communication system that is also able to manage all of the information data in real-time.  However, because the data transmission process occurs in a wireless network, data will be sent over a channel that is more unstable and vulnerable to attack. Thus, this research, purposes a  Forward Prediction Scheduling-based Stream Control Transmission Protocol (FPS-SCTP) scheme that is implemented on drone data transmission system. This scheme supports piggybacking, multi-streaming, and Late Messages Filter (LMF) which will improve the real-time transmission process in IEEE 802.11 wireless network. Meanwhile, on the cybersecurity aspect, this scheme provides the embedded option feature to enable the encryption mechanism using AES and the digital signatures mechanism using ECDSA. The results show that the FPS-SCTP scheme has better network performance than the default SCTP, and provides full security services with low computation time. This research contributes to providing a communication protocol scheme that is suitable for use on the internet of drones’ environment, both in real-time and reliable security levels

    Remo Dance Motion Estimation with Markerless Motion Capture Using The Optical Flow Method

    Motion capture has been developed and applied in various fields, one of them is dancing. Remo dance is a dance from East Java that tells the struggle of a prince who fought on the battlefield. Remo dancer does not use body-tight costume. He wears a few costume pieces and accessories, so required a motion detection method that can detect limb motion which does not damage the beauty of the costumes and does not interfere motion of the dancer. The method is Markerless Motion Capture. Limbs motions are partial behavior. This means that all limbs do not move simultaneously, but alternately. It required motion tracking to detect parts of the body moving and where the direction of motion. Optical flow is a method that is suitable for the above conditions. Moving body parts will be detected by the bounding box. A bounding box differential value between frames can determine the direction of the motion and how far the object is moving. The optical flow method is simple and does not require a monochrome background. This method does not use complex feature extraction process so it can be applied to real-time motion capture. Performance of motion detection with optical flow method is determined by the value of the ratio between the area of the blob and the area of the bounding box.     Tracking Bola Menggunakan Robotino

    In this final project, we used Robotino as a hardware tool and as the software is made programs using C++ programming languages and open source computer vision library, so Robotino can detect the ball with image processing method using webcam installed on Robotino, and then do tracking to catch and lead ball using a gripper attached to Robotino then carried the ball toward the goal. The process of image processing is used to detect the ball and goal, so from this process obtained data about the midpoint of the object and extent of the detected object. From the data obtained is used as input variables in the calculation of Robotino Motor Controller so we will get the decision value that is required to regulate the velocity of the Robotino motor when approaching an object.
